Bhaja Moshla (Dry Roasted Bengali Spice Blend)

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 2 tsp coriander seeds
  • 4 pieces green cardamom
  • 2 dry red chillies

Method –

  1. Heat a pan on medium low flame
  2. Add all the spices
  3. Roast them, stirring continuously for about 8 minutes
  4. Once done, grind them to a fine powder
