
Ingredients –
- 2 tbsp cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp fennel seeds
- 2 tsp coriander seeds
- 4 pieces green cardamom
- 2 dry red chillies
Method –
- Heat a pan on medium low flame
- Add all the spices
- Roast them, stirring continuously for about 8 minutes
- Once done, grind them to a fine powder
