
Ingredients–
- 4 bunches of lai xaak
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3-4 garlic cloves, roughly pounded
- 2 green chillies, slit
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp mustard oil
Method –
- Chop the lai xaak finely and wash well. Drain the lai Xaak till all the water drains out
- Heat mustard oil in a kadhai
- Add garlic
- After a few seconds, add onion and green chillies
- Sauté till onion turns golden
- Add the lai Xaak, add turmeric powder, stir for about 2 minutes
- Cover with lid, reduce the heat and.
- Once the Xaak is cooked and water absorbed, add salt
- Stir for 2 minutes and switch off the flame
