
Ingredients–
- 1 cup/225 gm butter, softened
- 1/2 cup/150 gm condensed milk
- 2 cups/240 gm all purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
Method –
- Beat the butter well for about 3 minutes till light and creamy
- Add the condensed milk and beat for further 2 minutes till it has blended well
- Sift in the flour and baking powder. Mix until just combined
- Rest this mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
- Make small balls from the dough and place at least 2” apart on the cookie sheet
- Gently press the tops to flatten slightly
- Bake at 170°C for 15 minutes till golden brown
