
Ingredients–
- Wheat Flour – 2 cups
- Oil – 2 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Warm water – 3/4 cup to 1 cup
For the Stuffing –
- Paneer – 200 gm grated
- Onion – 1 large, finely chopped
- Green chillies – 2, finely chopped
- Coriander leaves – a handful, finely chopped
- Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala – 1/4 tsp
- Ajwain/caraway seeds – 1/2 tsp
- 60 gm Amul cheese, grated
- Salt to taste

Method –
- Mix together wheat flour, oil and salt in a wide mixing bowl
- Pour water, a little at a time and make a stiff non sticky dough
- Knead well to make the dough soft and pliable
- Wrap in a moist cloth and set aside for 30 minutes
- Mix all the ingredients for the filling
- Divide into equal balls and set aside
- Make equal balls from the dough
- Take a ball of dough and roll it out lightly
- Place a generous amount of filling it in and seal the edges
- Roll the paratha evenly
- Heat a tawa, place the paratha on it, flip over when brown spots appear, spread oil on flipped side, flip again, put oil on the other side and cook till both sides are golden
