
Ingredients–
- Red masoor dal – 1 cup
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- Onion – 1 medium, chopped finely
- Green chillies – 2, chopped
- Coriander leaves – chopped finely
- Salt to taste
- Mustard oil – 1 tbsp
- Water – 3 cups
Method–
- Boil the dal with turmeric powder, salt and water in a pressure cooker
- When the dal cools down, add chopped onion, green chillies and coriander leaves
- Drizzle the mustard oil
- Serve with rice
