
Ingredients–
- 1 cup coriander seeds
- 1 cup dry red chillies
- 1/8 cup black peppercorns
- 1/8 cup cumin seeds
- 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/4 cup Bengal gram dal
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- 1/2 dessicated coconut, grated
- 1/2 large stick cinnamon
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 large bunch of curry leaves
Method –
- Dry roast all the ingredients separately on low heat till they give out their aroma
- Grind all the ingredients together to a fine powder
