Til Bota (Black Sesame Seeds Chutney)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup black sesame seeds
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp mustard oil (optional)

Method –

  1. Dry roast the sesame seeds in a pan for 2-3 minutes
  2. Once cool, transfer to a grinder jar and add garlic cloves, green chilli and salt along with the water
  3. Grind to a fine paste
  4. Drizzle 1/2 tsp raw mustard oil (optional)
