Sprouts Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup moong sprouts
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup cucumber chopped
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Method –

  1. Add all the ingredients except salt in a bowl and mix well
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
  3. Add salt and mix before serving
