
Ingredients–
- 3 medium sized chayote squash
- 1 tsp panch phoran
- 2 dry red chillies
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
Method –
- Cut the chayote squash into small pieces
- Heat oil in a wok
- Add panch phoran and dry red chillies
- Add the chayote squash and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes
- Add turmeric powder and salt
- Lower the heat and cook covered, stirring occasionally till done
