
Ingredients–
- 24 papdis
- 1 cup, boiled, peeled and chopped potatoes
- 2 cups whisked curds
- 8 tbsp imli chutney (tamarind chutney)
- 4 tbsp green chutney
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 cup boondi, soaked in salted water
- Chopped coriander leaves

Method –
- Arrange 6 papdis on a serving plate
- Top it with 1/4 cup potatoes
- Top it with 1/4 cup boondi
- Pour 1/4 cup curds, 2 tbsp imli chutney and 1 tbsp green chutney
- Sprinkle a little salt, 1/4 tsp chaat masala and 1/4 tsp chilli powder over it
- Serve the papdi chaat immediately garnished with chopped coriander leaves and sev
