Papdi Chaat

Ingredients

  • 24 papdis
  • 1 cup, boiled, peeled and chopped potatoes
  • 2 cups whisked curds
  • 8 tbsp imli chutney (tamarind chutney)
  • 4 tbsp green chutney
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 cup boondi, soaked in salted water
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Sev

Method –

  1. Arrange 6 papdis on a serving plate
  2. Top it with 1/4 cup potatoes
  3. Top it with 1/4 cup boondi
  4. Pour 1/4 cup curds, 2 tbsp imli chutney and 1 tbsp green chutney
  5. Sprinkle a little salt, 1/4 tsp chaat masala and 1/4 tsp chilli powder over it
  6. Serve the papdi chaat immediately garnished with chopped coriander leaves and sev
