
Ingredients–
- 1 cup leftover rice
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
- 100 gm paneer cut into cubes
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Spring onion to garnish
Method –
- Soak the paneer in warm water for 10 minutes, drain and set aside
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add garlic and green chilli
- When garlic turns brown, add onion and fry till light brown
- Add tomato and sauté till mushy
- Add paneer, sauté for a minute
- Add rice and mix well
- Cook for 2 minutes
- Garnish with spring onion
