Peyajkoli Bhaja (Onion Stalks Stir Fry)

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes, cut into 1” long pieces
  • 1 bunch of onion stalks, cut the same
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil

Method –

  1. Heat oil in a kadhai (preferably cast iron)
  2. Add the potatoes. Cook covered till nearly done
  3. Add the onion stalks. Mix well
  4. Add turmeric powder, black pepper powder and salt
  5. Cook uncovered till tender
