
Ingredients–
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp cumins seeds
- 2 onions, sliced
- 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 3 dry red Kashmiri chillies
- 1/2 cabbage, finely shreddef
- 2 green chillies, chopped optional
- 1/4 cup freshly grated coconut
- 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of sugar
Method –
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add mustard seeds and allow them to splutter
- Add cumin seeds
- Once the seeds sizzle, Add the garlic and red chillies
- Add onions and fry till soft
- Add cabbage, green chillies, sugar and salt
- Sprinkle water about 3-4 tbsp only
- Cover the pan and cook till cabbage is done
- Add coconut and cook for another couple of minutes
