
Ingredients–
- 500 gm chicken
- 10 cashews
- 3 tbsp curd
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp fresh cream
- 1 tbsp kasoori methi (dry fenugreek leaves)
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp oil
Method –
- Blend the cashews and curd to a smooth paste
- Take all ingredients except oil in a bowl and mix well
- Let it marinate for 2 hours
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add chicken pieces and fry till golden brown
- Add the remaining marinade into the pan and add some water
- Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes
- Serve hot with paratha
