
Ingredients–
- 4 slices soft white bread
- 2 boiled eggs
- 30 gm softened butter
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
Method–
- Trim the edges of the bread and set aside
- Chop the hard boiled eggs finely
- Whisk the butter in a bowl
- Add the chopped eggs
- Add pepper and salt
- Put this mixture between the bread slices, cut diagonally and serve
