
Ingredients–
- 200 gm oil packed skinless, boneless sardines, drained
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 8 slices multi grain bread, toasted
- Lettuce, tomato, cucumber for topping
Method –
- Combine the sardines with all ingredients and mash well with a fork
- Sandwich the salad between the bread slices along with lettuce, cucumber and tomato slices
