Golden Egg Fried Rice


  • 1 cup cold cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 medium onion, diced finely
  • 1 small carrot, diced finely
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup diced sausage/ham (optional)
  • Salt and white pepper to taste

Method –

  1. Separate the yolk and the white
  2. Mix the egg yolk with the rice well
  3. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan
  4. Add the garlic
  5. Then add the onions and carrot
  6. Add the sausage/ham
  7. Saute for 2-3 minutes
  8. Add the egg coated rice
  9. Add salt and pepper
  10. Mix well and serve hot
