
Ingredients–
- 1 cup cold cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 medium onion, diced finely
- 1 small carrot, diced finely
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup diced sausage/ham (optional)
- Salt and white pepper to taste
Method –
- Separate the yolk and the white
- Mix the egg yolk with the rice well
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan
- Add the garlic
- Then add the onions and carrot
- Add the sausage/ham
- Saute for 2-3 minutes
- Add the egg coated rice
- Add salt and pepper
- Mix well and serve hot
