Cheese, Chilli and Garlic Pasta


  • 1 cup pasta
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2/3 cup chopped tomatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cube Amul cheese

Method –

  1. Bring water to boil in a large saucepan
  2. Add salt and pasta
  3. Cook till soft and drain the pasta, reserving 1/2 cup water
  4. Heat oil
  5. Add minced garlic, let it sizzle.
  6. Add chilli flakes
  7. Add tomatoes and let it cook till soft
  8. Add the reserved water
  9. Let it simmer for 2 minutes
  10. Add salt and pasta
  11. Mix well
  12. Serve with shredded cheese and parsley
